A 10-week course with a progressive curriculum systematically introducing and consolidating yoga poses and concepts. Class duration is:
1 hr 15min for Introductory
1hr 30min for Level 1
1hr 45min for Level 2 & 3
45min for Pranayama
We recommend that students undertake courses where possible.
Casual classes
No booking necessary, just come along and enjoy the class. Mats provided.
