Special beginners offer: Unlimited Introductory yoga classes for $21 per week. Minimum 10 week enrolment beginning at the start of each term. Want to try a class before you commit to 10 weeks? Come along to a casual beginners class first.
We offer a progressive curriculum that systematically introduces and consolidates over 25 basic yoga poses (asanas). The course incorporates yoga techniques that are both beneficial and interesting to the beginning student, as well as being a basis for the ongoing practice of yoga. Enjoy a beginners course in a modern, fully-equipped & friendly studio dedicated to yoga, with experienced, qualified teachers.
Immerse yourself in the practice of yoga by attending as many classes as you like at this level. We recommend that you attend a regular class time every week, and then attend additional classes where possible.
Class times are as follows:
- Monday 8pm
- Wednesday 10.00am
- Wednesday 6.15pm
- Thursday 7.15pm
- Saturday 11am
Each term runs for 10 weeks and each session is 1hr 15mins. $210 for 10-weeks of unlimited yoga.
