For expectant mothers. Enjoy a healthy pregnancy. Yoga can help to support both body and mind through this great journey. Please note that strenuous activity including yoga is not recommended for women between weeks 8–12 of their pregnancy.
Current students: pregnant women are able to continue in their regular course, however all make-up classes must be either with their course teacher or in the prenatal class. It is highly recommended that pregnant women in courses attend at least one prenatal class by their third trimester.
Classes run in 10 week terms and can be attended casually.
Thursdays, 6pm with Peter. No bookings necessary.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are pregnant and new to the school you must attend a prenatal class first before joining a course or casual classes. If you become pregnant during course or casual class attendance you must confirm which classes you can attend. Trainees and some teachers are not yet qualified to work with prenatal women and you will be unable to attend their class.
