Kids Yoga classes are fun, vibrant, challenging, safe and supportive
Taught in the Iyengar way, a typical class is a hands-on and engaging experience, and includes yoga, playful games, and storytelling. Classes are offered to two different age groups to best meet their learning needs.
Tuesday to Friday, September 20-23
Yoga for ages 7-9 (Years 1-3) 11:45 am– 12:15 pm. 4 x 30 minute sessions. Total cost $40
Yoga for ages 10-12 (Years 4-6) 12:15 pm– 1:00 pm 4 x 45 minute sessions. Total cost $60

Aurora Darby is a Certified Iyengar Yoga teacher registered with the Iyengar Yoga Association of Australia. She is also a music teacher to children and holds a Working With Children’s Check.
